Annual Meeting

Our annual Meeting, delayed because of the local elections, will take place on 27 June at 7.30 at the Terence Brown Arc in the Park , Bethell Rd, Canning Town E16 4JT.
We are bringing in light refreshments so it would help if you could indicate to me whether you are intending to come along.
We have tried out a Zoom option which seems to work. If you would like to join a hybrid meeting virtually (subject to the vagaries of the tech), e-mail newham@lcc.org.uk to get the details.
The formal business is:
- Election of Officers. If you wish to stand as an Officer it would be helpful to let me know in advance.
- Consideration of the Annual Accounts for 2021/22 and the budget for 2022/23 (to be published separately). These have been agreed by the Committee to meet LCC deadlines.
- Consideration of the Annual Report (to be published separately.
