Newham Cyclists AGM 2024

Our annual general meeting, where we all get together to celebrate our achievements in the last year, and elect officers for the next year.
19:30: Meet and greet with light refreshments
20:00: Talk from members of Cycle Sisters
20:30: Official business. Annual report, approval of accounts for 2023, budget for 2024, elections, etc.
Finish by 21:30, although volunteers to help tidy up afterwards would be welcome.
All welcome.

We will be in the David Sheppard room at Canning Town Library, on Rathbone Market (Barking Road.)

Elections
At this meeting we will be electing the Newham Cyclists committee for the next year.
The following positions will be up for election (current post-holders in brackets):
- Co-ordinator (currently Olawale Ajibola)
- Deputy Co-ordinator (currently Jonathan Rothwell)
- Treasurer (currently Bill Bremner)
- Deputy Treasurer (currently vacant)
- Secretary (currently vacant)
- Outreach Co-ordinator (currently Karen Flanagan)
- Rides Co-ordinator (currently Steve Smith)
- Infrastructure Representative (currently Chris Kershaw)
- Olympic Park Representative (currently Jonathan Rothwell)
You need to be a current LCC member to stand for election and to vote. Please be prepared to provide evidence of your LCC membership.
